Strength and Conditioning

The newly refurbished school fitness suite is available to all for strength and conditioning work throughout the week both before and after school, as well during lunchtimes.

Various strength and conditioning sessions run across the week to help pupils get in the best shape possible to thrive in their relevant sport. There is a mixed session for Years 7 and 8. Sessions for girls in Years 9 and 10 and Years 11-13 take place weekly. Likewise sessions run for boys in Year 9, Year 10 and Years 11-13.
