We are proud of the excellent academic results that our Boys’ School achieves each year.

We are consistently in the top schools for academic performance for Newcastle upon Tyne and the North East. Our boys work hard and set themselves ambitious goals as individuals and we are always thrilled when they exceed their own expectations. 

In 2024, over 53 per cent of GCSEs sat by our talented year group of boys were awarded grades in the 9 - 7 range. 

Our Diamond Structure contributes greatly to the academic success at GCSE level. Boys and girls learn differently and at different rates and at Dame Allan’s Schools, we are able to cater for this thanks to our separate Girls' and Boys' Schools where teaching styles can be tailored according to these needs.
