Golden celebrations for the 1968 Leavers' Reunion

On Saturday 6 October, 22 Dame Allan's Girls' School 1968 leavers and a couple of their former teachers spent a day at Dame Allan’s Schools to celebrate 50 years since leaving the Schools.

They were shown around the school by some of the Officers before a spot of lunch in Newsom Hall. This was followed by speeches, anecdotes, and reminiscing about the good old days, before cutting a cake made especially for the occasion.

Everyone had a really good time. They were all presented with DAS badges by 'Old Girl' and Allanian Society board-member, Christine Straker.
